Use the next workspace settings tab – Messages – to configure signer-facing communication:
This is the initial notification informing of a new document for signing.
The application can send emails and SMS messages in any one out of seven languages of your choice.
The Sender and Subject are displayed in your client’s email inbox. By default, the Sender is set to the workspace owner’s name.
If you have team members with signature rights connected to your account, and you do not want the workspace owner’s name to appear in their communication, the Sender can be changed to e.g. your company’s name instead.
You can also change the subject, as well as the email content, for which you can even set your own custom text.
You can also use the yellow-framed words under texts as part of email contents. These act as codes that fill in the given information from where it is stored.
SMS Messages
To make Signi notify the counterparty using both an email and a text message, turn on this option. Otherwise, they will be notified via email only.
This is not the verification SMS with the PIN – that function cannot be turned off.
