titleI didn't receive the verification SMS before signing the document, now what?

SMS notifications should normally arrive within a few seconds. Please always make sure that the phone number has been entered in the correct format (without spaces and, for foreign numbers, with the area code). If the message does not arrive, we recommend restarting the phone (switching it off and on). If this does not help, please send us an email to help@signi.czcom with the phone number so we can check where the problem is.

titleI have created an account, but I can't cant invite team members to it, the Team item is missing in my settings.

If the workspace has been set up in the name of an individual (natural person), you cannot add team members to it. It is recommended to delete the workspace and create a new one. When creating a workspace this time, select the Legal entity tab. For more detailed instructions, see the chapter chapter Working with Workspaces.
