Signature on One Device

You can also digitally sign your documents when all the signers are in the same place – e.g. a saleswoman in a store, at a showroom, or at a customer; a washer repairman in a customer’s kitchen; a real estate broker at the office or out visiting a property; or an employee at a place of business where both signing and delivery are taking place.

To sign this way, use the Signature on One Device feature. If you have activated access to this feature, it needs to be turned on for each document individually, after that document has been uploaded. To turn it on, use the document header.

When you are using Signature on One Device:

all signing takes place on the proposer’s device,
the signers’ email addresses are only entered for the purpose of sending out the signed document at the end,
no notifications, or more precisely calls for signing, are sent,
each signer simply enters a PIN to verify their identity via their phone.
