Forgotten Password
When you can’t log in successfully, we recommend:
verifying the validity of the URL you are logging in from: the correct form is https://app.signi.com/login
checking that the email used is correct: check it for typos, extra spaces, and whether a different email address was used during registration
checking that the password is correct: you can click on the icon to the right of the password field when entering it to make the password visible as it is being entered. Also check for extra spaces, whether the number pad is turned off (press the NumLock key to turn it on or off), and whether Caps Lock is turned off.
If none of these approaches help, we recommend setting a new password.
To do so, visit the main page and click the Forgot password? link under the login button. In the next step, fill in your email (the one you entered during registration) and click on Reset Password.
At your email address, you’ll receive a link that you can use to easily set a new password.
