Generating an API key
To access Signi API, you need to have an API key for every workspace. Only one API key can be used to handle documents in that workspace. How to get an API key?
1. First of all, you will need to pay for access to Signi API for the relevant workspace via sales@signi.com. You should specify in the e-mail order the e-mail under which the account in Signi is set up and for which a workspace was created, as well as the name of the workspace for which you want to generate the API key.
2. After permitting access, the ticked Using API function appears in the enhanced properties of the workspace.
After choosing “Workspaces” in the user profile menu and selecting the relevant workspace in “Enhanced settings”, Using API is ticked if access to the workspace via API is permitted

The user sees the page https://app.signi.com/api  as soon as he/she is logged into the application (!) and here generates an API key for his/her workspace.
