Appearance – Custom Branding

Custom branding of the application is available as a paid service; when it is activated, use this place to save the logos and images for personalized client-facing communication.

• Logo: displayed over the profile photo.

• Logo for the Document: only used when the Templates module is active – this logo is shown at the document’s top left.

• Page background for draft document: the example below has a picture as the background. The minimum size is 1600x900. The recommended size is 3840x2160.

• Main color: the color of the buttons shown on the screen for the counterparty’s signature. Enter this color in HEX RGB.

• Layer color: background color, entered in HEX RGB.

• Text color: the font colors used on pages and in emails, entered in HEX RGB.

• Hide confirmation conditions when signing

• Edit document header: During signing, the counterparty has an opportunity to change the data in their header in case they made a typing mistake or mis-entered their data. Only utilized when the Templates module is in use.

• URL for redirection after a document is signed by the counterparty: After they sign a document, the client is shown a thank-you message from us informing them that everything worked correctly. In this step, you can redirect the client to your own website with its own thank-you message and, if desired, your own selection of products and services.
