Signatures From the Standpoint of the Proposer

After you create a document and send it off to the counterparty, the system has you enter your signature.

Depending on account settings, the following variants can arise:

  • the system first asks you to enter your PIN and then redirects you to the document signature,

  • the system immediately redirects you to the signing screen (both the signature and the city can be configured automatically on the account – the signature in the account settings, and the city in the workspace settings),

  • if you have turned off 2-factor verification and you have filled in the signature and place in advance, the system immediately sends the document to the counterparty.

 

 

Once a document has been signed and sent successfully, this message is displayed:

 

You’ll then see the signature you added in the document’s preview.

Now it is awaiting the counterparty signature:
