Creating Multiple Workspaces

Sometimes it is appropriate to organize documents into multiple workspaces – for example for individual company departments, premises, different franchisees to which you as the franchiser are offering the Signi service, etc.

To create a new workspace, use the Create a New Workspace item in the top-left menu. For each workspace, you can set access by different users and configure different properties during signing.

During the signing of documents in a company’s workspaces, credits are drawn from the account of their founder, i.e. the company’s main account. When credits are bought for a company via its main account, the credits are available for signing in all of its workspaces, for all team members invited into the given workspace. The real costs can then be charged to individual departments or legal entities based on the real volume of credits drawn by individual workspaces.
