Sending a Document to Multiple Contacts at Once
A document can be sent to multiple contacts at once. Naturally, for this to work, it has to be the exact same document with no variations in wording.
First prepare a list of the contacts to which to send the given document.
After a list of contacts has been imported, or created naturally from the contacts you use, choose the ones to whom to send the document:
Additional options for batch functions are displayed above the list. Out of these options, choose Send a Document to Your Contact(s).
Just like during the normal sending of a document to a single contact, the system then offers you a chance to save the document.
